International and Local Shipping Options: We currently offer only local shipping option to meet the needs of our customers. Our local shipping is available to customers all across Pakistan.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of your order. You can see the shipping cost for your order before completing your purchase by using our shipping calculator in the checkout process.

Policy Around Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that if the delivered product is up to the quality standards, then return shall only be possible if returned unused/unopened and in its original form and pack. We do not compensate for products that are used and returned outside of the time period mentioned above.

Order Processing and Delivery Times: We process and ship orders usually within 1-3 days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination, but you can expect your order to arrive within 2 days of shipment provided there is no unforeseen situation.

Payment Options: We accept only cash on delivery (COD) payment method. Our payment process is secure and protected to ensure the privacy and security of your personal and financial information.

Payment Requirements and Instructions: In order to complete your purchase, you must pay cash to the courier service that is responsible for dropshipping the parcel. Delivery charges are included in the total bill that will be provided to you at the time of your online purchase order placement checkout.
